In the very first 'unplanned bonus' episode Nicolette talks openly about the inequalities happening in America and also coming to terms with the possible biases she may have held and understanding more in depth about systemic racism.
Seeing and hearing about it on the news in another country has given her a new perspective on the topic. It's not just in the States but everywhere. It's also a uncomfortable conversation for some but it must be talked about. It will take a lot of learning and unlearning. But it is possible and it begins with the heart.
